Grace Given to Me

Today, there are many people who say that they do not need the church. While the church has certainly contributed to this dilemma, many people simply think that they can go about their faith journey alone - that they can do it better alone. Tom Everett reminds us that the church is not perfect and we do not claim to be. But Jesus died so we might have the opportunity to live out fully what God has for us. The Church is God's plan. It is saved by grace, and it ministers out of grace. We should think of grace as an opportunity.
