📅 Dates: Practice starts week of August 11, 2025
⏰ Practice Nights: Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday (specific age groups may practice on certain nights)
📍 Location: 51 Louisa Avenue, Mineral, VA 23117
✅ Eligible ages: Flag Football: 5yrs - 17yrs old; Cheer 5yrs - 12 yrs old (ages by August 12, 2025)
🌟 As we kick off our 2025 Flag Football and Cheer season we look forward to supporting families and players on promoting fun, learning and faith. Upward is more than just a game: it's a chance to learn about team work, sportsmanship and our amazing God.
If you are interested in coaching, be ready to focus on building confidence, developing skills and sharing the love of Jesus with our players. Every child is a winner in Upward. Let's create a positive and encouraging environment for all. Let us know on the registration form or use the link beloif you are interested in helping to coach, be a referee, be a holder for down marker or volunteer in our concessions.

MBC Student Ministry World Changers 2025 Travel Journal
This July, our youth ministry is serving with World Changers, joining students across the country to Cleveland, Ohio to meet physical needs and share Christ’s love through construction and community outreach.
From painting homes to building ramps and repairing roofs to VBS and Sports Camps, our students are living out their faith in tangible ways.
World Changers is more than a mission trip—it’s a chance for students to grow in servant leadership, experience deep community, and see how God uses everyday people to make a real impact.
